Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 Best Comments

November 16, 2012 By Mike B

Teens and females in general love the Twilight series, and that’s all good and fine. Twi-hards wait in line in the cold for hours on end for these “vampire” movies that are mediocre at best. That’s okay too.  When they start defending the series to the bitter end is when it gets hilarious, especially when they get angry about film critics’ comments on the Twilight movies. So, here are a few of my favorite comments about the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2:

Film Critic Comments:

“You’re going to hear a lot about Breaking Dawn Part 2 being the best of the Twilight movies. That’s like saying a simple head cold is preferable to swine flu”- Peter Travers (Rolling Stone)

“The CGI is bad enough that you’d think this came from the mid-nineties”- Chris Bumbray (DVD Clinic)

“The opening section of the movie has the air of a 1980s shampoo commercial as the two newlyweds… make passionate love to a nonstop music track”- Leonard Maltin (Leonard Maltin’s Picks)

“Breaking Dawn, Part 2″ doesn’t end the series on an especially strong note, but it ends it. Let’s count our blessings”- Colin Covert (Minneapolis Star Tribune)

“Is it possible to go any lower than half a star?”

” The film is so laughably executed at times that I thought I was watching a Lifetime movie with a much larger budget. I feel that my IQ has been diminished severely for having watched this abortion of cinema.”

“I want to buy all the Twilight DVDs and Blu-Rays and books and dig a big hole and put them all there and shit on them every day until they are buried six feet deep in my feces. I know, I wrote a run-on sentence but it’s still shorter than the time we had to endure the Twilight series.”

Constructive debates are welcome, but personal attacks are not. If you feel a comment is offensive or considered spam, please feel free to flag it.
