The new James Bond film, Skyfall, is almost upon us and it already looks three times better than the entirety of Quantam of Solace. Daniel Craig is back as Bond, and Sam Mendes, director of American Beauty, quarter-backed the film. Joining Craig is Ralph Fiennes, Helen McCroy, Judi Dench, and Javier Bardem as the main villain.
Coke Zero has a 007 campaign, and one PR stunt in particular has caught some people’s attention. The Coke Zero team set up at a UK train station, and placed a high-tech coke zero machine for “unsuspecting customers.” The machine challenges you to get to a certain place at a certain time to receive tickets for the premiere of Skyfall. Along the way there are obstacles set up to make the challenge difficult. Anyways, it’s most likely just actors, not random people, that accepted the challenge in the video. All three were hip, trendy men in their 20s. That’s not obvious at all. If they did this for real, there’d probably be some injuries along the way. If you haven’t already, check out the Skyfall trailer.
